I am fairly new to this hospital. I have never heard of it. I did a search online and found it was close to my home so I made an appointment for my bird. This is the first vet’s office where I did not have to wait to be seen. The staff is very friendly. I like the convenience of paying the bill right in the room for privacy. turn around time for results is perfect and they are very friendly and patient when giving results over the phone. The office is very clean and very welcoming. They have cookies and coffee for the parents. I have brought several of my birds here and have lost a couple due to illnesses. They have been very supportive throughout this process and I thank them for that. I will not bring any of my birds anywhere else.
