Our Community Involvement

At Canobie Lake Veterinary Hospital, we believe in giving back to our community which has given us so much. Our veterinarians and staff donate their time, resources, and efforts to a variety of important causes in Windham and beyond. Check out the awesome shelters and organizations we support below!

Animal Rescue Network of New England – We support this local rescue with reduced cost medical care.

Blackout Cancer Week – This is a community-wide event to bring awareness to pediatric cancers.

Mainely Rat Rescue – Through this rescue, we provide reduced cost veterinary services for rats.

MSPCA – Dr. Magnuson volunteers her time at our local SPCA for low-cost and no-cost vaccine clinics, as well as low-cost medical care.

Salem Animal Rescue League – We offer reduced-cost medical care to pets in need at this local shelter in Salem, NH.

Strawberry Festival – We support this festival which is one of Windham’s largest community events to support the local library.

Windham Endowment for Community Advancement – This organizations is a main sponsor of the community’s rail trail.

I went to All Pets for a routine wellness exam for my Bearded Dragon (my first reptile). I just wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly. The staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend All Pets to someone in need of a reptile vet. It is worth the drive.

You definitely get the feel that the staff loves what they do and would treat your pet as their own. After our first appointment we immediately decided to make this our regular Vet for our dog.

I have always had a great experience at Canobie Lake, and this last time was no exception. I know they are not the least expensive veterinary clinic in the area, but the treatment my dog receives, as well as the professionalism and friendliness of the staff always make me very satisfied. I ve been coming to them for over 10 years, and will continue to do so! Both Dr. Magnusson and Dr. Dressel are awesome!

Dr. Dressel is wonderful we had her at another facility and we were heartbroken when she left to go Canobie Lake Veterinary. We stayed at the old facility for a couple years but mom and dad finally realized we just had to get her back as our doctor. So we are happy to be reunited with Dr. Dressel and finding Carrie was also there was a bonus. Very excited to be a part of the Canobie Lake Veterinary family.

Our pup’s first visit. Due to COVID restrictions, we waited in the parking lot, but the All Pets team called us throughout his appointment and answered all out questions verbally, then I also got an email copy as well. So glad we have a wonderful veterinary team to keep our puppy healthy!

Love this vet!!! No more long waits and cats and dogs freaking out in a front lobby. You are brought in to a private cozy suite, everything is done in the room and you even checkout In That same room. Vets are amazing and call you back themselves with results. So glad we made the switch.

This was my first visit to this clinic. Everyone was very friendly. I was seen immediatly. Although I feel it was a little on the high side, I feel very confident we got the best possible care for our two parrots. For all the time spent with us, it was well worth it. I want people to know how nice and stress free our visit was.We walked in and was taken right into an exam room.That is very important cause I have a cat who is very easily scared , Her nickname is scardey cat lol. The staff was great with Cinnamon and they did help us with any questions I had without feeling like we were being rushed.Cinnamon has a new DR s office!I HIGHLY recommend this office/hospital.
