The staff are friendly and helpful, especially with answering questions and explain various treatments/ procedures. You definitely get the feel that the staff loves what they do and would treat your pet as their own. After our first appointment we immediately decided to make this our regular Vet for our dog.

Love this vet!!! No more long waits and cats and dogs freaking out in a front lobby. You are brought in to a private cozy suite, everything is done in the room and you even checkout In That same room. Vets are amazing and call you back themselves with results. So glad we made the switch.
Canobie lake vet was very impressive. I am a new ferret owner so they gave me some hand outs to about and familiarize myself with things I may not know. What impressed me the most was that they asked what I fed and how big of a cage my little fur babies were in. They truly cared that my pets are as happy as they can be. They were super patient with all my questions and answered them very thoroughly.
Canobie Lake Vet is by far the best. Dr. Magnisun and the entire staff are such a pleasure.

The service was very good and they treated my dog in a timely fashion. The doctor called the next day to see how my dog was doing and if I had any questions. I was very happy to hear from the doctor, it showed they care. I would highly recommend them .

I have always had a great experience at Canobie Lake, and this last time was no exception. I know they are not the least expensive veterinary clinic in the area, but the treatment my dog receives, as well as the professionalism and friendliness of the staff always make me very satisfied. I want people to know how nice and stress free our visit was.We walked in and was taken right into an exam room.That is very important cause I have a cat who is very easily scared , Her nickname is scardey cat lol. The staff was great with Cinnamon and they did help us with any questions I had without feeling like we were being rushed.Cinnamon has a new DR s office!I HIGHLY recommend this office/hospital.
My chinchilla was very nervous about her first trip to the vet, but everyone spoke kindly to her and the vet was extremely patient getting her out of her carrier. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Canobie to other pet owners!
