Dr. Dressel is wonderful we had her at another facility and we were heartbroken when she left to go Canobie Lake Veterinary. We stayed at the old facility for a couple years but mom and dad finally realized we just had to get her back as our doctor. I am fairly new to this hospital. I have never heard of it. I did a search online and found it was close to my home so I made an appointment for my bird. This is the first vet’s office where I did not have to wait to be seen. The staff is very friendly. I like the convenience of paying the bill right in the room for privacy. turn around time for results is perfect and they are very friendly and patient when giving results over the phone. The office is very clean and very welcoming. They have cookies and coffee for the parents. I have brought several of my birds here and have lost a couple due to illnesses. They have been very supportive throughout this process and I thank them for that. I will not bring any of my birds anywhere else.

Canobie lake vet was very impressive. I am a new ferret owner so they gave me some hand outs to about and familiarize myself with things I may not know. Canobie Lake Veterinary Hospital was by far and away the best vet I have ever been to. All of the staff was incredible. They were all knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know for my cats in a way that I could understand.
